All categories data and email addresses information are saved in a single MailMan.XML file.

To backup YL Mail Man category data and email addresses information, just follow the below steps:

1. Close YL Mail Man
2. Open YL Mail Man installation folder. the default location is: C:\Program Files\YL Mail Man\
3. Copy MailMan.XML to other location
4. Finish

To restore YL Mail Man category data and email addresses information:

1. Close YL Mail Man
2. Open the YL Mail Man installation folder
3. Rewrite the MailMan.XML file from other location
4. Restart YL Mail Man
